There are roughly 18,000 properties listed for sale across the Costa del Sol at any given time. Most of them, frankly, we would not recommend — too exposed to noise, overpriced for their location, poorly orientated, or built during the wrong decade by the wrong people.

The properties in this portfolio have been personally assessed by our team. We have walked the floors, checked the orientation, compared the price per m² against the street, and verified the legal status. We would be comfortable recommending any of them to our own family.

That is a small list by design. It changes as homes sell and new ones come to us — sometimes off-market, sometimes before they are listed publicly. If you want to see the wider open market, you will find a search at the end of this page. But start here.
