Two minutes from the beach.
Seventy-two apartments in a gated development between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, facing south over gardens and the sea — with Playa Marina a two-minute walk down the road.

The development stands on the coastal strip of Mijas, between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, two minutes on foot from Playa Marina. The A-7 coast road is at the bottom of the hill and the AP-7 junctions are close, so Málaga's airport is under 25 minutes away and the city's María Zambrano station about 40.
Everything a daily life needs is already here: several golf courses, with Chaparral Golf Club under two kilometres away, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, a health centre and pharmacies. Puerto Banús, the old town of Marbella and Fuengirola are each a short drive.
The beach on foot, the airport in twenty-five minutes.

Landscaped gardens around a communal pool, a gym to train in without leaving home, and a furnished social lounge for the evenings that need a long table.

The brochure's typical plans. Usable floor area is the interior; the outdoor figure is the terrace, or the terrace and garden on the ground floor; built area includes the share of common parts. Every apartment has at least one parking space and a storage room. Ask us for the plan of the exact home — orientation and outdoor space vary by floor.

A gated residential development, modern and functional. The 72 apartments have two, three or four bedrooms and are laid out over ground, first and second floors and a penthouse level. Every home faces south or south-west, and a great many look at the sea.
The ground-floor apartments open onto their own garden; the penthouses have large terraces. Each home comes with at least one parking space and a storage room in the basement.
A B rating means a building that is highly insulated and sealed against the outside air, with the systems to match: hot water from an aerothermal heat pump, humidity-controlled mechanical ventilation that renews the air continuously, double the façade insulation and low-emissivity glazing.
Against a reference home rated F, the developer puts the estimated energy saving at around 80%, and the yearly saving on gas and electricity at up to €825 for a typical 95 m² home — figures from the rating calculation, not a promise about any one apartment.
Aerothermal heat pump — higher output, less fuel, lower CO₂, longer life than a boiler
Humidity-controlled mechanical ventilation: extraction from bathrooms and kitchen, intake through bedrooms and living rooms; window frames with a micro-ventilation position
Twice the façade insulation, improved window frames, low-emissivity glass
B — an estimated 80% less energy than a home rated F
Mijas is both: the hilltop pueblo of white streets and the long coastal strip where this development stands. The climate is mild in winter and moderately hot in summer, and the seabed off the coast is rich enough in Atlantic and Mediterranean species to draw divers.
La Cala de Mijas keeps its four watchtowers — Calahonda, La Cala del Moral, Calaburras from the sixteenth century and the New Tower from the nineteenth — and the old town above has the Moorish wall, the Hermitage of the Virgen de la Peña, the flour mill and the contemporary art centre. The food is coastal: fresh fish and shellfish landed daily, the sweet wines of Málaga, and restaurants of some reputation.

On the Mijas coast between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, two minutes on foot from Playa Marina, with the A-7 below and the AP-7 junctions close. The times are the developer's.
A flat walk to the sand; the whole coast within reach.

Areas from the developer's typical plans; the brochure states no prices and no completion date, so neither is printed here. Ask us for the price list and the plan of the exact apartment before you decide anything.

Tell us what you are after — a garden, a penthouse terrace, two bedrooms or four — and we will come back the same day with what is genuinely available, its price and what its terrace looks at.
